If you change your mind, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment. Our payment provider handles refunds and reviews each request on its own facts.

Your workspace is available as soon as payment is confirmed — it runs in a web browser, with nothing to install. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel at any time from the Refund Policy, or by emailing billing@replanif.com.
How replanif looks after your data: the names your workspace knows kept out of replanif AI, data kept separate, encrypted backups.
Common questions
- Why not per user?
- Per-seat pricing punishes you for inviting the people who most need to see the plan — the sponsor, the client, the site manager who reads it once a week. replanif gets more useful the more eyes are on it, so charging per head would work against the product. Each tier includes a generous seat count and a flat price.
- What happens when we outgrow a tier?
- You move up and pay the difference for the remainder of the term. Nothing is locked or deleted while that conversation happens, and we will tell you before you hit a limit rather than after.
- Can we self-host?
- By arrangement, on Enterprise: including running replanif AI on a model inside your own infrastructure, so project data never leaves it. It is a scoped engagement we agree with you, not a download link.
- How much replanif AI is included?
- Every plan includes replanif AI for everyone in your workspace, with no credits to buy. Your plan includes a set number of actions each month, shared across your whole workspace: Essentials 65, Starter 340, Team 850, Business 2,000. Enterprise is agreed with you. A risk analysis, a forecast or a report query each count as one. No one person may run more than 5 actions in any 24 hours, which keeps a single account from running the allowance down in one go.
- What happens if we use up the month's replanif AI?
- replanif AI pauses for that workspace until the allowance refills on the first of the next month. Everything else keeps working, and nothing in your workspace is withheld. You can see how much is left in your workspace settings at any time, so it should not arrive as a surprise. If a month's allowance is routinely not enough, that is a conversation about a larger plan rather than something you can top up mid-month.

- Yes, on every tier. replanif works out of the box for most teams, and we will walk you through setting up your first templates and plan so you are running in days, not weeks.
- Can you tailor replanif to how our organisation works?
- Yes: that is our Enterprise service. We shape the work-tracking templates, the plan settings and the reporting around the way your organisation already delivers, and set it up with you.
