How we look after your data
What happens to your organisation's data in replanif, stated only where we can point to how the product does it.
Names of people your workspace knows
If a known name would still be sent, the request is stopped. A name typed in passing that the workspace does not know may not be recognised and removed, so please avoid writing unnecessary personal details into free-text fields.
Contact details are stripped
Email addresses, phone numbers and ID numbers are removed from what replanif AI is sent. The formats covered are listed in our Privacy Statement.
Model training
We use only AI providers whose commercial terms do not allow the information we send to be used to train their models.
replanif AI suggests; your people decide
Nothing replanif AI proposes is saved until a person on your team accepts it.
Separate by design
Each organisation's data is kept separate, and access is checked on every request.
Sessions sign themselves out
Inactive sessions are signed out automatically, after a period your organisation's admin chooses.
A record of important changes
Important changes and security events are recorded.
Encrypted backups
Nightly backups are encrypted before they leave our systems and are stored with Cloudflare in the European Union.
